| Abstract | ||
| The study included the inhibition effect of each Equisetum arvense and Urtica piluifera extracts dissolved in cold and hot water, on protoscolecis hydatid cyst. The protoscolices viability decreased oppositely with increasing the concentration rate of extracts, that it decreased to (32.55%) by between (0.1) and (40) mg/cm3 concentration rate of Equisetum arvense extract and (31.43%) and (36.22%) by between (0.1) to (30) mg/cm3 concentration rate of Urtica piluifera extracts dissolved in hot and cold water during (24) hours of treatment. The concentration of the (IC50) for extracts determineded which were (40) mg/cm3 for E. arvense and (30) mg/cm3 for U. piluifera dissolved in hot and cold water during (24) hr.expossure. | ||
