| Silicon doped with silver detectors has den constructed in this work, it is optoelectronic characteristics also has been studied where the results showed that the spectral responsively was around (0.5A/W) at (900nm) wave length, while detectives reaches (50*1011 cm HZ1/2 W-1). | ||
