Abstract
This study include (20) serum samples from Tikrit university hospital , samples Were divided in two groups (10 samplesFor Pregnants women with renal Failure), (10 samples for Pregnants women without Renal Failure) in this study ALP activity And Phosphorous concentration were Measured for Both groups. The results revealed alarge differences in ALP activity And Phosphorous concentration between Both groups. The study indicates asignificant Elevation in Phosphorous concentration in Serum of pregnants women without renal failure was of (32%) higher than pregnants Women with renal failure group of (10%). This alteration in Phosphorous concentration affect on ALP activity in both groups.
