| The form of the concept of political power in general, an important turning point in human life, and settled the form in which it is now in the West after witnessed wars raging, where are exercised through the political systems transferred power from its conception the classical to the concept of the new call of democracy as the power belongs to the people and distributed among its members, and the world learned the concepts of a modern upbringing made everyone involved in the management of public affairs to assume part of responsibility in the management of power, and became political participation concept is interested in general wishes of the individual political issues within their community, and developed channels of political participation, the development of Western political thought and the evolution of political institutions and civil rights, and participation is one of the most important elements of democracy but is an advanced degree in the expression of political freedom within society. | ||
