Optical Constants of ZnO – SnO2 thin Films Prepared by Chemical Spray Pyrolysis | ||

| Abstract | ||
| Thin films of ZnO{x}SnO2{1-x) have been prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique. Transmission and absorption spectra have been recorded as a function of wavelength . it was found that the transmittance increases as a mixed percentage increases , while the value of reflectance decreased as compared with its value before mixing and the position of peak shifted towards higher photon energy which assure that the optical energy gap increase as the mixing percentage increased . It was found that the increasing in mixing ratio affected all the optical constants which represents by extinction coefficient, refractive index, real and imaginary parts of dielectric constants and optical conductivity, as a function of photon energy. | ||
