| Abstract | ||
| Prostaglandins (PGs) have been used for many medical aspects such as parturition , blood pressure control and another . Numerous studies have been published about their effects on the kidney , thyroid gland , male and female reproductive system. But no previous studies has dealt the possibility of minimizing their effect or even repair the damaging structure has been reported. These experiments were designed to study the effect of PGF 2 a on hepatic tissue and then use fenugreek seeds to overcome the PGF 2 a effects on hepatic tissue . We concluded that fenugreek seeds could inhibit the negative side effects of PGF 2a in the liver especially by using six dose of fenugreek after PGF 2a injection in similar doses. | ||
