| Abstract | ||
| This research aimed to realize the realistic of Human Rights in Secondary Schools in Baghdad from the view of students in the fields of : Social , Health , Educational , Affective and Aesthetic welfares. The sample depended on (250) students ,(125) from each gender , students from 1st – 2nd secondary classes in eight schools for the year (2009) – (2010). Al-Ruba'i (2006) scale was depended on to measure the reality of Human Rights which built on " Child Rights Convention " which had (80) Items. The results cleared that the student in Secondary Schools receives NO Social , Health , Educational , Affective and Aesthetics Welfare according to " Child Rights Treaty " (1989). | ||
