| In this work, optical system (with circular, square, elliptical and triangle aperture) used for evaluate its efficiency when the system involved third order of coma aberration. point spread function (image formula of incoherently illuminated point object) has been used. Numerical calculations are presented using the Gauss quadrature method (1). The curves of intensity distribution in image plane are shown for system has third - order coma aberration of variant values of azimuth angle and aberration coefficient by using different apertures (2). | ||
