| Abstract | ||
| The aim of of this study was to determine the effect of phosphate compounds on the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro and in vivo. This bacteria has the ability to search for the non organic phosphate found in the tissue or in the culture media, this phosphate is very important for the metabolism and growth of this bacteria . In vitro the study of phosphate concentration effect on bacterial growth in the liquid media reached an optimum of 13% while in the solid media it was 17%. The increase of phosphate concentration caused increase in the growth of this bacteria. This study showed the ability of their bacteria resistance for most antibiotic tested. | ||
