Abstract
In this research, studying the effect of irradiation by gamma rays of source (Cs137) for period time (21) days on the optical constants such as,( Reflectance ,Extinction coefficient, Refractive index and dielectric constant in its tow part real and imaginary) for thin films Fe2O3 prepared by the chemical spray pyrolysis and deposited on glass substrates heated to (420oC) for two difference thickness 7000 Ǻ and 9000Ǻ .
