| Abstract | ||
| Represents the Iraqi economy a model for a developing economy, depends on oil as a principal source of income generation, and therefore promise to yield economy, adopted by the State central planning system for many years, during the periods of time have emerged many developments that reflected its effects on the Iraqi economy, most notably the increase in oil revenues in the seventies, and launching his wars and the economic blockade during the eighties and nineties, then the economic transformation after 2003, but the circumstances and facts the previous phase imbalances and structural distortions remained in control of the economic situation and the greater the problems with the new directions of economic policy in general, and monetary policy in particular. | ||
