| Abstract This research focuses the international trade in technology- intensive services and goods. The Arabian economies are a comparative case study. The technological sector forms core of enabling environment which express effecting technological knowledge in technological balance of payments stability. This research based on a particular assumption is the economies that take care of technological developments, it has opportunity for economic growth. The importance of research is responding for developments science, technology and innovation. The problem of research reflects economies ability facing technological change waves.
