Abstract
In this research, the study of effect of irradiation by gamma rays for source (Cs137) for period time (21) days on optical propertices such as absorption coeffeicient ()and energy gap (Eg) for thin films copper oxide (CuO) prepared by the chemical spray pyrolysis and deposited on glass substrates heated to (350oC) for two difference thickness and (10500Å). (9000Å)
