Abstract
This research theme ((recognition of the Prophet's formula, types and its ranks in the Hadith)) which is offered in his introduction to the importance of the Sunnah pure, being originally the second after the Book of God lump validity clause without detail, which was divided according to Atheran Prophet  to a year involve words and the actual and normative so came members of this research to shed light on the concept of the year declarative in the Hadith, where we dealt with a statement only in language, the term modern, as defined Mstl from the definition of the same year, being one of its corners the main there is a fit clearly between its bounds in the language and terminology, as they met on the meaning of recognition of the right or thing, or to settle it and other meanings that have been reached in place, and for the year definite evidence of the Holy Book and the Sunnah to prove its legitimacy and authority, and proving at the same time authoritative and legitimacy of the year declarative being derived from the authority and legitimacy of the same year, this came This year, with the importance and status of a great Like Sunnah in detail and legislation provisions in the Islamic Shari'a, and this year's reasons and the reasons called for the issuance, mostly due to the existence of an interval between the Prophet , and his companions such as travel or preoccupation with invasions or trade or other things of life and therefore have these things to the absence of the legislature from them which led to the discretion of generation companions in things for some acts of worship or transactions, or other minute legislation, thus resulting in this endeavor to the issuance of the words and actions or opinions in reaction to what intercepted matters of legislation within their community, After the attainment of these interpretations of the Prophet  won applauded and satisfaction with them and support them, which indicates that approved its formulas and words varying in meaning and the building according to the degree of approval and applauded and supported her, on the basis of these formulas and words has been reached to the types of recognition of the Prophet, which included three types: ((recognition explicit, and the recognition of others explicitly, and the recognition Alastjawaba)), according to what we launched the all kind of forms, all issued by the Prophet  said or done explicitly indicated by the approval and support was inside including explicit recognition, and all except that of Scott or smile or not to rebuke the people industrious or say transpires from recognizing a metaphor and not explicitly the inside including recognition of non-explicit, and either approval based on the method of interrogation, a few in the modern is based on the way the question of the Prophet  to his friends and whispered about, which led to obtain those answers satisfaction and applauded and supported them, and then finished display rank each type of recognition depending on the significance of each formula and the word of words recognized the Prophet, and then came the conclusion, which included fraught with the most important results that we found in our study of this aspect of the Sunnah pure, and our final prayer is praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds Peace and blessings be upon His Prophet Secretary and his family and his companions
