| The guarantees of the accused was its significance to the legal protection of the individual when the defendant and this Matdmenth procedural legislation and urged that increased attention through the criminal justice process has been interest in the law fluctuated from one country to another, due to the different criminal policy. Given the fact that the procedural laws of the laws governing freedom was surrounded with great interest was directly related to the administration of justice and the rule of law is to ensure that two rights the first right of society to punish the offender and the second defendant's right to defend himself and prove his innocence, as each accused shall enjoy all the fundamental guarantees that enable him to defend himself and that the presumption of innocence is a companion to him at the stage of the investigation and the trial until the contrary is proven, as the protection of the social policy adopted by the principle of modern criminal investigation of the guarantees of the accused as much a sense of social value and human rights.
