| Marked by contemporary political history of Iraq, the emergence of many of the problems that have had a clear impact on the general situation in the Iraqi state, including the increasing influence of tribal And its content of values, customs and traditions inherited and due to weak state and lack of control over parts of Iraq on the one hand and the nature of Iraqi society and the effects of occupation on the other hand has become the authority of tribal impact is clear on the situation of the state and its sovereignty Sometimes it may be in its favor and at other times be against it and focused during the period 1934-1935 as There have been many uprisings clans in Iraq and increased involvement in political affairs and in shaping the Iraqi state in the monarchy. The study comes in two parts, taking up the first section, the impact of tribal influence on the parliament, which was a large part of its tribal elders known to have exercised their role in the passage of projects that serve their interests, which objected to some of the laws that would limit their authority and undermine their influence. And included the second part the impact of influential clan on governmental power and try to enter the clan in the curricula of the Iraqi ministries and how its alliance with a number of personalities policy opposition, which contributed in turn increase its influence even led to the fall of the two ministries consecutive and almost crashing into the third piece, and produced serious consequences almost led to tribal warfare internal or the policy of firmness and strength made by the ministry's third in the face of the clan, The study also demonstrated the impact of influential clan in delaying the introduction of conscription because they realized that this law will lead to strengthening the central authority of the state on the Iraqi tribes and weaken the influence and prestige of the leaders of the clans within the tribe. | ||
