| Abstract | ||
| If the power is inevitable and necessary in any society and regardless of the time and the place to apply order and peace and security among the citizens, but its necessary existent does not allow to it violating the rights and freedoms of citizens. The tyranny of power associated in the past and to a large extent with the concept of the emergence of power. This research comes as a contribution to the study of this subject. The research divided into four demands the first demand - the basis of power emergence the second demand – the vision of divine laws to resist the tyranny. The third demand - the vision of intellectuals to resist tyranny Fourth demand - the position of rights declarations and Positive laws from tyranny resistance. | ||
