| Arbitration as a legal system for disputes resolve occupies an important place at the international level, especially in the field of international commercial dealings, because there is no contract from international commercial contracts without arbitration condition. This important place return to the Conflicting wills of the Parties and the advantages of this system comparing with the national judiciary which we touched upon in two chapters, the first chapter deals with the privacy of international arbitrator authorities. The second chapter deals with the Extent of arbitrator authorities. | ||
