| The Lawsuit to challenge the revocation or abuse of power considers the most important claims of the administrative judiciary and still has a special importance in the French system as a Public Law Case. The appreciation of the French state council with this case was so big that the council decides that the text in the legislation on preventing Civil and Administrative Cases concerning Specific action does not directed to the cancellation case. For the importance of this case, we divided the research into three sections: The First section- the traditional division of aspects of the appeal of the revocation. The second section- the modern division of those aspects. The Third section- the development of those aspects in Iraq. | ||
