| The Workers in the cultural departments are facing a difficulty in Determine the legal regulation of the financial management for the work of those departments. There is no clear and accurate accounting system in those departments Suitable with the Financial activity for those departments and contribute in keeping of the public funds. Thus we decided to discuss this subject in two sections. The first section - the concept of cultural departments and its objectives and conditions and the staff. The second section- the financial management of these departments in its concept and those who in charge on it and its evaluating and a proposal for an alternative system instead of its current system. | ||
