| Abstract | ||
| It is well known that crime is a reflection of the society and one of its aspects. The crime reflect all the Circumstances in the communities, and it return to the human behavior Interlocking relations of good and evil and its continuing struggle. A new kind of criminals had entered the crime field beside the traditional criminal and those new criminals are different from traditional criminals in the style of crime Implementation, which we touched upon in this research. The research divided into three sections: the first section - the information systems and its legal nature. Second section - the legislative development of criminalization the attacks on information systems. The third section - the concept of penetrate information systems crime and its bases. | ||
