Abstract
The accumulation of copper and lead in water , sediment and fish tissues ( gills , liver , kidney and muscles ) of Carassius auratus fish was determinate in locations ( 1, 2 ,3 and 4 ) during the present study . Lead and copper were recorded the higher rates in the sites ( 1 , 2 ) compare with other sites in the samples of water and sediments ,while the bioaccumulation in the gills and liver tissues also recorded the higher rates compare with kidney and muscle in the sites ( 1 , 2 ) .
