| Abstract | ||
| Is the study of the city are important, including charts and problems of social, demographic, economic, because the city is a unity vital and active part of the movement of the progress of civilization of any society and the city in the opinion of Hinglr and the son of perspective is the civilization and hence the city, including carrying of the meanings they represent the nation for this was a concern in cities by concerned with this field. Arab cities are not the result of the day but return to the heritage of historical experiences and the land of Mesopotamia was the cradle of civilizations that developed their strength died Ervdt humanitarian creative time period, followed by the Babylonians and then the advent of Islam in the world. Confirms the researchers that there are kits to make this place the city and the other village, and properties that define the functions of this city or that, has stressed the scholars on the necessary requirements in place that is called the (city) and this means the application of the law and Sharia and the financial independence and economic development. There are expressions of intention to provide a general character such as the mandate of the sole purpose hand and these labels are broader than the city, the city became a part of it, and there are so-called third term (the case) or a city full of a large city may be the capital in most cases. Is given as well as the expression ((village)) that the function of the case which leads to a large village resembling the city. There is another expression called (the town) is a link between the village and the city or as a reference to the characteristics of the city is less than the big city, there prompted a small expression or position or Idols, and there is a job site called economic port.
