Abstract
Iraq is currently wide spread of Internet cafes, as it has become fashionable view children as they gather around the computers in Internet cafes splendor enamored of what they give him the potential of these devices in the endless see and communicate with the outside world. The computer is a good tool for learning because it allows the child to become effective personal, Roberto describes as Marlena is Professor of Technology inUniversity of Rome: that the child at the age of four years sailing in the world of the Internet, where the pairing of the child through the network words things and through the computer develops the ability, and to identify the sounds and images can also zoom out and zoom, which develops his senses video and audio (1).
