| Abstract | ||
| The study conducted using ( 10 ) cocks and ( 32 ) hens of Lohmann breeder flock at ( 60 ) week of age to determine the effect of three diluents; modified Beltsvile Poultry Semen Extender (BPSE) , Lake solution and Experimental Diluent ( E. D. ) on the fertility , semen collected from cocks as a pool sample by the abdominal massage method and divided into four parts, each partwas diluted with one diluent at (1 : 2) dilution rate . The hens artificial inseminated with diluted and undiluted semen using two semen dosages 0.025 and 0.05 ml. The results were indicated that there were no significant differences in fertility of different treatments including in the study and we can get good fertility ( 93.33 %) using E. D. and 0.05 ml. semen dosage . | ||
