| Abstract | ||
| This study is an attempt to analysis a Special Agency of vehicle , this legal system which start to work by it after April 2003 , instead of the system of registration of vehicles . A special Agency of Vehicle means is a contract ruling the relation between the Seller of the car and the buyer of it , and this contract must register in Al – mroor office . The must important question is A special Agency of Vehicle is realy Agency contract or just sell contract comes in a form of Agency and we don’t know what is the cause of that !! , and does this legal system really achieve the ideal protect to the right of property in the vehicle !! Finally we strongly recommended to return to re active the system of registration of vehicle because the objections of a special Agency of vehicle . | ||
