| in Have widened the circle of violence and terrorism recent times to include many countries in many parts of the world, surpassing not only the crimes committed in the borders of a single state, but the crimes of an international character .in Iraq, we find that this subject takes more important dimensions by virtue of suffering from various forms of terrorist crimes which committed on the name of resistance and other various false pretexts . We discuss this subject in three sections, the first for definition of terrorism and the second of terrorism in the international and national laws and III to distinguish between terrorism and the activities of armed struggle and national resistance. | ||
