| That poverty, unemployment and lack of social justice because of the successive wars and the loss of transparency and poor economic conditions and living conditions and lack of social culture and a lack of awareness among individuals and the absence of a culture of human rights and the rights of children and the decline of the level of tolerance of family, tolerance, community and other difficult challenges was the reason behind the communal violence in general and community violence against children with special needs in particular. And can we know children with special needs that they: Those children who deviate significantly from the average which requires the attention of others for their needs if they can develop their ability and capacity to confront life and its requirements | ||
