Abstract
This study is concerned with "As Salam contract : Its impact on the Economic Crises Solution and its Relationship with Non-existing and the Unknown Sale". It is composed of an introduction, preface, two sections and a conclusion. Section One tackles the contract of As-Salam and its influence on the solution of the economic crises. This section demonstrates its definition, its Islamic evidence. Section Two is allocated to the conditions (pillars) of as Salam contract. Section Three deals with as Salam contract impact on the characteristics of its applications. Section Four focuses on the non–existing and the unknown sales with their relationship with As-Salam contract. It deals with their definitions of the non–existing and the unknown sale and their relationship with the contract of As-Salam. Finally, the research has concluded with certain significant findings. Among them , this contract is a substitute to the loan with interests which are forbidden in Islamic law. It systematizes the labor between the owner of the capital and the producer of the goods. It also achieves good opportunities for the unemployed workers. This type of sales can be applied in financing the agricultural, industrial and vocational activities.
