| The administrative system of decentralization, is successful methods of administrative organization in federal states was adopted by the Iraqi constitutional legislator Article 113 of the Constitution. the federal system is the form of the Iraqi state for the embodiment of that issued the Law of independent Governorates No. 21 of 2008 .the new principles, provisions, and rules of this law and its reflections need deep study , this what we try to do in this research , in three sections :-:- The first section / selection of the governor and the end of his service The second / terms of reference of the Governor The third / deputy governor and assistants and Advisors | ||
