| Laws had provided public administration with many means used for the management and evaluating and correcting illegal behavior and detection of financial irregularities and administrative offenses committed by employees, which include the employee who caused treasury state damage as a result of neglect or transgressions of laws and regulations, which we've had in three sections the first to define the legal basis for employee liability decisions , second competent authority to issue such decision ,and third for the legal ways to challenge the decision . | ||
