Abstract
Geography always interests in studying earth , takes in consideration activities of human life , its presence and interact with earth prosperity . Hence , the modernization of contemporary geography leads to the study of earth’s employment and seeks its firm relationship , aspects , which result from patterns of earth’s uses and appropriate recruiting for mankind . Nevertheless , geography seeks to develop a suitable method that used in further and deeper in studying earth . And through this , geography uses contemporary geography , the study of analytic geography which depended on field work in revealing the different uses of earth’s form . Thus, the present study aims to study earth Topography as field study through natural’s factors and its influences on constructional development of Diyala province .The present study also aims to discover the main geographical features of Diyala province ,through geographical position ( astronomic location , neighborhood location ) , the surface and soil and finally the climate through( temperature , winds , rains ). Depended on the field study took from weather report institution, climate department , rate of winds speed of Baghdad’s , Kalees , Khanakeen (unpublished data) , Ministry of Irrigation , the public institution of running irrigation’s project in Diyala province (unpublished data ) , Weather Forecasting Report Institution, and earthquake’s watching , Climate Department , (unpublished data) , Weather Report Institution, Climate Department,(unpublished data) , and finally the Public Institution for Surveying Areas ,Iraq administrative map, at the Scale of 1:1000000 , Baghdad 1990 .
