Abstract
Constration industries occuping very great important in metromophic industry , and its important coming throut its dependency on the natural raw material which is available in general in Iraq and at Diyla Governorate in specific . This industry developed aftar the widing the settlement projects and development programnase which Iraq lived in all his Governorates . This research content the economic factors and its rules in grouth and distribute the big constrating industry at Diyla Governorate and this factors became clear throught the avilablity of primary material like sand , mude , gravels , and gepsimr rocks . market , capital , energy sources and transportions factors with its local secondary and main roads. The research reach group of conclusion we can grouped : 1-The constraction industry occupy important economic position at Diyla Governorate . 2-Diyla Governorate have good basic and reserve of mud for Blocks industry and its also have sand and gravels which from basic for developing Block and Al . kashi . 3-Having wide net of road which play active rule in joining the Governorate with Baghdad and with nearing Governorates in differents issue such as bringing raw materials which in need for industry or carrying the product to the market . 4-The Governorate have number of power stations which helped to make the power available such as Hamreen station produce 129 , 32 K .V at 2009 .
