| Abstract | ||
| The relation ship between Social alienation and psychological security for the directors of Primary Schools. The aim of this research : 1- measuring of Social alienation for the directors of Primary schools. 2- Deline the differences of alienation according to the sex ( male, female). 3- measuring psychological Security for the directors of primary Schools. 4- Deline the differences Psychological Security for the directors of primary Schools according to sex ( male, female). 5- Deline the relation ship between social alienation and the Psychological Security for the directors of Primary Schools . The order to achieve the aim of the research ,the researcher selected random symbol from actual society which includes all Primary Schools in Diayala. The symbol includes (170) Schools , (85) for girls, (85) for boys. The first for the Social alienation and the second for the Psychological security. He applied them for the houcsity and reliability and he used the proper aids the proper statistical where he applied these two methods . | ||
