Abstract
Abstract In the consequences of suez canal nationalization Egypt ,the Zionist colonization torces arranged tir a new aggression against Egypt . the the triple aggression began in 29 -10 1959 with the partiapation of France ,Britan and the Zionist Entity an well . As a respance ,the Arab Masses the in most of the Arab countries demonstrated and denounced the aggression and at the same time requested the Arab governmentsto aid Egypt its ordeal . But some Arab government , in cluding Noori Al –saeeds – not only refused the peoples demards but assembled the security and police forces to separate the demonstrators .several clashes took place , some were lcilled ,othrrs were in j ured and thonsands were arrested. When all the government precautions failed , it took another move ,and arrested the leaders of the Iraqi patriotic movement and they were submitted to the Military canucil to trial them .Those trials wrer recorded in military dowments .Theresource of this research is mainly based on the Iraqi military documents which wrer destroyed and . This resrarch is summarized regarging to the in formation submitted against the defendants by the witnesses Who were officials of the Directorate of crime Investigations and the applications wprised to the king or telegrams sent to the government demanding to declare its position regarding the aggression . The militarg court was trying its best to prove that there was a connection between the defendants and communism . Due to the tact that the defendants Were men of law they capable of sllopping the court from achieving its aim to subtract the Iraqi Id . Finally the defendant Kamil Al – Gardrgi was sentenced to there years imprisonment ,the two defendants , Hussein Jameel and sami Bash Alim were released after paying a bail of ID 5000 while the defedans Fayik Al-sammarie and sideek shanshal were released but under the police supervision for one year . The tril of the Iraqi patriotic leaders in fact represent the trial of the Iraqi peoples opinion which aided Egypt and at the same time the peaples demant to withraw from Baghdad Treaty and to come back to the Arab Nation .The Iraqi peoples attitude wan an the opposite side of the governments attitude , that aimed to aid Britan and lceep on attachment with Baghdad Treaty .in order to is olate Iraq from the Arab and not to be aware of the ganger of the Zionist entity.
