| competition between companies which operating in a similar sectors was the disappearance of some companies Because of their inability to compete and the Conglomerate of other companies which led to the formation of giant companies that the countries can not bear their projects, and to meet its interests the giant companies started to move outside their countries, and this lead to the rise of the multinational companies, which consists of a company at the top represent the holding company followed by other companies affiliated to it administratively and financially even if it was independent. For the importance of this subject we divided the study into two chapters. The First chapter- the administrative relation between the holding company and its subsidiary companies. The Second chapter- the financial relation between the holding company and its subsidiary companies. | ||
