| Abstract | ||
| While it is certain that the adversary related with the state’s judiciary and it consider one of its sovereignty aspects, the desire to reduce the burden on the judiciary shoulder as well as other purposes had pushed to find other ways to settlement adversaries and the most prominent way is the arbitration which has become very important the arbitration become well known by the private law and the public law in a different degrees, and one of them is the administrative law. Upon this, we studied the thread in three sections. The first section –the definition of the arbitration. The second section - the legality of the arbitration in the administrative contracts. The third section - the rules of the arbitration in terms of the entrepreneurship for civil engineering works. | ||
