| Abstract | ||
| The transactions depend nowadays on funding because it’s very rare for a project to be continued with self- possibilities and getting the need for insurance, because no one gives his money without a guarantee and it could be a guarantee in kind, which is the mortgage. The mortgage today comes in two forms: possessory mortgage, non-possessory mortgage and in spite of the fact that the first was older in its establishment from the non-possessory mortgage, but the latter represents an advanced image for it. The study of this thread requires an explanation of the general theory of the right kind in the first demand, and the real estate rights in the second demand. | ||
