| Due to the Internet the world has become in a state of permanent contact, and even it was described as “the Small global village”. This network was used as a mean to make different kinds of contracts, and it imposed itself as a modern alternative to the Traditional contracting. The study of this type of contract has become a basic part of the legal life requirements at the present time, and one of them is the conflict of laws.
