Abstract
The ultimate goal of the practice of physical education and sports is to acquire the capacities, skills, expertise and information that will refine the development of behavior and personality traits and the adoption of balanced rights in terms of composition and substance of reason with the right in a sound body. The impact of bio-rhythms in sports performance depends on the type of sport and physical cycle affect the type of sport and the sport of volleyball.
