| Abstract | ||
| The international liability is a legal system in which the state committed to into the case that it does any illegal act due to the international law to compensate the state which is their right to damage , so this needs the below parameters to state up the responsibility : 1- doing an illegal international acts. 2- there is an damages due to that acts. 3- these acts issued from the state due to international law. We study this subject into two points, First we study the international responsibility , second we study the compensations due to it. | ||
