| Abstract | ||
| The process of selection or selection according to the physical abilities must be codified and studied scientifically accurate and subject to the scientific basis according to the terms and conditions of the measurement process leading to the adoption of these measurements and logical values in the process of determining the most appropriate and without the individual non-qualified, as it is at the basis of what should be achieved by the individual to pass the training process, acceptance or success, according to the levels established for any purpose, must be that this process is ongoing and we must change these levels from time to time as the rights in the process of evolution, as well as community, school and educational system it is renewed with the development of tremendous scientific in these areas, and the process of admission to the colleges of physical education subject to such terms without the other colleges since it depends in its study on the practical activities that require exertion of physical significant, so they have to be available in the applicants to these colleges the capacity of physical qualifies them to keep up the requirements of the study process in these colleges, and in this research were developed standard levels of force explosive and distinctive speed of the arms and legs, which is one of the physical attributes of controlled test for students applying for colleges of Physical Education of the great importance of these two qualities Albanian in most events and sports activities included in the curricula of the four phases | ||
