| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the research are the following : 1-introducing the levels of irrationalism thought and social phobia of students at College of Physical Education for Women(first and fourth stages). 2-introducing the relation between irrationalism thought and social phobia. and; 3-introdcing the effectiveness of emotional rational programme for lowering the social phobia of students at College of Physical Education for Women. The research has used the experimental method. The sample of the research has included (40) students from first and fourth stages. The sample has divided into four groups each with (10) students for the experimental and control groups. The results have been analyzed by using suitable statistical methods. Thus, the following conclusions are: 1-there is social phobia in the sample of the research in Artistic gymnastics subject. 2-ther is positive correlation relation between the irrationalism thought and social phobia in the sample of the research. 3-effectiveness of the emotional rational programme for lowering the social phobia of students at College of Physical Education for Women. And; 4-continuess of effectiveness of the emotional rational programme for lowering the social phobia of students at College of Physical Education for Women. | ||
