| Abstract | ||
| The disease of AIDS virus is considered concurrent with HIV virus, a human disaster, and an international distress which the contemporary world suffers from. It may form one of the most dangerous challenge confronting the progress and development on the international level, for in addition to its dangerous negative, social and psychological effects, it lays the obstacles before the development, threatens the collective and economic security and creates destructive impacts which can be resulted from emergencies and national crises as occurred in Africa and the Southern Great Desert. Accordingly, the international society is concerned about this disease which is dangerous on the humanity future. Hence, the United Nation Organization, World Health Organization (WHO) and International Labour Organization (ILO) addressed it by study and analysis and emphasized the necessity of presenting aids to the countries threatened by the disease which is contradicted with the growth, the principle of human rights and the health of childhood and woman. Also, the medical research centers and their conferences on the regional and international level called for laying successful treatments and ceasing the disease crawling towards humanity which made the countries lay the legislations inhibiting the extension of the disease and its circulation, prohibiting the restricts from the patients, finding the therapy for them and spreading the awareness among the society mediums to avoid the infection and its circulation. | ||
