| Abstract | ||
| The trade mark interred to the field of commercial competition after the industrial Revolution as result of so many famous trade marks as a marks of coca-cola in 1886 and the mark of kodak in 1888 due to that the trade mark became the most Important elements of the commercial shops It became also an effective means to introduce the goods , so the assay focus on the concept of the trade mark in which they appear from of the merchant's personality which create the sprit of the competition , due to that it is necessary to provide the legal protection according to existence of some conditions like the property of excellence and content of modern. In this field we find that Iraqi legislation limit the right of protection on the goods and services only in the line of Trips provisions , so this Assay deal with the legal judgments for civil protection , by three chapters ,the first deal with the concept of trade mark while the second chapter deal with the concept of civial protection by the means of internal &international procedures finally the third chapter devotes with the case of civil protection. | ||
