| Abstract | ||
| The check represents an commercial document which occupy wide scope of financial circulation. The check also represents an legal instrument for formation, currency, guarantee before spending and expiring checking so there exist an sanctions rules should apply on the person who deal with it without sufficient balance. The aim of this study is to give an features to avoid illegal using for check which is passing through two stages: First: carrying out verification on the opening-operating banks account to avoid undesirable currency. Second: carrying out verification on the form of the check without any counterfeiting, distortion according to this direction so we may study the subject and the base of these verifications in practical reality which takes two procedures : The first: the verification on the form check itself. The second: the verification on the personality which demand for spending check, so we study these directions by two chapter. | ||
