And physical preparation and skill is an important step towards the preparation of the team in terms of performance for the match and little (Ali Bin Saleh: science training Radi, 1994, p. 255) that the physical preparation is only "the development of the physical characteristics and motor, which plays a major role in sports depends on the degree of development results sports in most cases.
