| Abstract | ||
| Research contained of on five gates , first for introduction and research importance, which deals with direction of exercise programming, particularly for two powers , its contribution extent for the development. Research problem was the stooping of performance level on long jump action from other levels on the last years. Research aims was : 1. Preparing corporal exercises for two eruptive powers characteristic with speed. 2. Knowing the influence of corporal exercises should known on the long jump performance. Research hypothesis , there are differences with statistical indicative of the two test, after and before for the research sample individuals, research area is containing : 1. Human : First stage students sample of the sporty education college – Al-Muntansiriyah University , no. (40)students. 2. Period : interval from 3/3/2008 up to 7/5/2008. 3.Spatial:Sporty education college stadium and hall – Al-mustansiriyah University. Second gate deals with the theoretical studies , third gate containing of research curriculum and its field procedures. The fourth gate interviews the results , analyzed and discussion it for research variables . Fifth gate containing of conclusions and recommendations as following : Conclusions 1. Corporal exercises using is contributed to develop the two powers(eruptive and characteristic with speed). 2. The experimental approach has active and negative effect in two powers development , which reflected its influence on long jump performance. Recommendations 1. Using of corporal exercises for two powers are necessary to participate the working muscle and developed it for long jump athletes. 2. Conforming on corporal exercises for two powers at planning across the different training stages . | ||
