| The importance of research to decision-making of the utmost importance to the interest in science administration, and the most important implications that often "described as administrators with decision makers and measured his success in his ability to take the right decision and at the right time, especially in the sports federations and all activities and sports and the intrusion of those decisions with the their work, including Without a prior study, which negatively affects "the implementation of plans and programs. The study aimed to Building and application of standard decision-making bodies of the Supreme moderators of sports federations. Determining the levels of standardized measure of decision-making bodies of the Supreme administrators of sports federations. The study was conducted on Moderators of sports federations, National Olympic Committee in the province of Basra. During the period 24/1/2008 until 15/5/2008. It was concluded that Abages 1 - is the current standard tool for the detection of the level of decision-making to the moderators of sports federations in the Olympic Committee representatives in Basra Governorate. 2 - distributed a sample search on the five levels of scale decision-making to the moderators of sports federations, it was found that the highest level (average), followed by level (acceptable), followed by level (good), and the level (very good) note that the lowest proportion was in the level (weak). It is recommended to 1 - Adoption of the current scale was designed by the researcher to detect the level of decision-making to the moderators of the sports federations in the Olympic Committee representatives in Basra Governorate. 2 - to instruct the departments of sports federations to take decisions after thorough studies and related to the management process. 3 - keen sports federations, the involvement of administrative process of making the right decisions and deal with them carefully during implementation | ||
