Where the Leadership conduct of sport education teacher is one of the most exiting
and important topics for the students , and the reflections of this role on finding
sport achievements inside and outside the school to determine the goals desired by
both : the teacher and the student.
The thesis problem lies in identifying the relationship of the Leadership conduct
dimensions of sport education teachers in comparison to sport achievement
motivation dimensions they have.
The research aims to identify: -
1-Building Leadership conduct measure of the sport education teachers from the
viewpoint of students.
2-Identifying differences between dimensions of achievement motivation, motivation
of success achievement and motivation to avoid failure among the sport education
teachers.
3- Identifying differences between dimensions of leadership conduct (teaching ,
guidance, motivation, facilitate sport performance, overbearing conduct and
democratic conduct) among the sport education teachers.
4- Identifying the relationship between dimensions of achievement motivation
(success achieving motivation, motivation to avoid failure) and the dimensions of
leadership conduct (teaching , guidance, motivation, facilitate sport performance,
overbearing conduct and democratic conduct) among the sport education teachers.
The used curriculum which is the descriptive curriculum of survey style for its
relevance to the nature of the problem. The sample contained 30 teacher and
150 student.
The most important conclusions were: -
1- The presence of significant spiritual differences between dimensions of success
achievement motivation and motivation to avoid failure.
2- The existence of significant spiritual differences between the axis of teaching and
guidance on one hand and the rest of the other four axis (stimulation, facilitate
sport performance, overbearing conduct, democratic conduct) on the other hand ,
for the benefit of teaching and guidance and this confirms its use by the majority of
teachers.
3- The existence of significant spiritual differences between the axis of democratic
conduct on one hand and the overbearing conduct on the other hand , for the
benefit of democratic conduct and this confirms that it is the second in terms of
